“Today I met with Tom Phillips. I visited him in regard to my crippling anxiety. I felt comfortable and very relaxed in Tom’s company. Tom gave me some really good coping techniques to practice and it really has helped me get through some tough times, for example I was at work and the anxiety was so bad, I practised a breathing  technique and it calmed me down, this one I found most useful.
